3. Digital Products
- Digital products (license keys, subscriptions, activation codes) are delivered electronically.
- Delivery is typically made via email or on-screen confirmation after successful payment.
- Once delivered, digital products are generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.
We are not responsible for incorrect purchases made by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment must be received before delivery of any product.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities per customer
- Cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Shipping & Delivery (Hardware)
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Product Warranty
Hardware products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Secure Africa Solutions does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.
Software products are subject to the original publisher’s licensing terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including:

- Text
- Product descriptions
- Images
- Branding
is the property of Secure Africa Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
