Refund and Exchanges Policy

At Secure Africa Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Software Licenses & Activation Keys)

Due to the nature of digital products (license keys, activation codes, downloadable software, and subscriptions), all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered.

Refunds May Be Approved If:

  • The license key was not delivered due to a verified system error.
  • The key is invalid or cannot be activated, and the issue is confirmed by our support team.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:

  • The product has already been successfully delivered and activated.
  • You purchased the wrong product or version.
  • Your device does not meet system requirements.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect installation, compatibility problems, or user error.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.

For technical claims, customers must provide screenshots and relevant details for verification.

2. Hardware Products (Firewalls, Network Devices, IP PBX, Switches, etc.)

Hardware products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included.
  • Item is in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or power surges.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products marked as final sale.
  • Products physically damaged after delivery.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened but non-defective items.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video evidence
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and stock availability.
Digital products may only be exchanged if proven invalid or unused.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
  • We cover shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Policy Updates

Secure Africa Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
